Mission
To help high achievers, entrepreneurs, and growth-seekers create sustainable success by integrating powerful productivity tools with mental health practices.
We exist to reconnect people with their values, rebuild self-trust, and redefine success — without burnout.
Our mission is to equip individuals with the clarity, tools, and internal leadership needed to move from chaos to choice, and from hustle to alignment.
About
My name is Kenzie Lamb-Wunderlich
I’ve always been obsessed with one question:
How do people influence themselves — and others — to create lasting change?
To answer it, I’ve spent years immersed in the study of psychology, performance, and human behavior — not just in theory, but in practice. I research, read, apply, teach, and refine, on repeat. I do this because I love it — and so you don’t have to spend years sifting through the noise to find what actually works.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and am completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on Industrial-Organizational and Performance Psychology. Along the way, I’ve trained in Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’m certified in Trauma Release Exercise (TRE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Life Coaching, Extreme Focus® Mental Performance Coaching, and I’ve completed advanced training in both the Wheel of Consent and Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté.
Professionally, I’ve led teams, managed operations, and held leadership roles in both nonprofit and entrepreneurial spaces. I’ve won collegiate Ethics Bowls, coached high performers, and studied hundreds of books on how people think, grow, and change. Every step has sharpened my approach and confirmed one thing: real transformation is possible — but only when it’s sustainable, values-driven, and personally aligned.
Currently, I’m mentoring under world-class mental performance coach Dave Austin, continuing to evolve and deepen my work.

Outside of my work, I’m a lover of long runs, good books, Art, mountain air, live music, my family and my dog. I believe that clarity starts with connection — to ourselves, our values, and the rhythms of real life.

-
Curiosity
We explore without judgment.
Curiosity means staying open to new perspectives, asking better questions, and embracing growth. We invite wonder, not perfection.
-
Self-Determination
You are the expert of your own life.
We offer tools — not mandates. You have agency, autonomy, and the final say. We respect your pace, your power, and your path.
-
Awareness
Change starts with noticing.
We train the skill of observation — of thoughts, feelings, urges, reflexes, and behaviors. Awareness precedes action.
-
Integrity
We align what we say, do, and believe.
We take responsibility, practice honesty, and stay grounded in what’s right — even when it’s hard. Our integrity is how we build trust.
-
Consistency
Small things done daily create real change.
We don’t chase extremes. We believe in steady effort, rhythm over hustle, and micro practices that build sustainable success.
-
Innovation
We challenge the norm to find what works.
We bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to longstanding problems. Innovation means adapting, experimenting, and reimagining what’s possible.
-
Transparency
We communicate clearly and invite consent.
We make expectations explicit. We ask for buy-in. We don’t manipulate — we clarify. Honesty is strategy.
-
Strategy
We move with intention.
Everything we do is on purpose. We use frameworks and systems that support clarity, momentum, and aligned action.
-
Balance
We train, reflect, and rest.
Growth happens in cycles. We honor performance, practice, and pause. Rest is not weakness — it’s strategy.
What we Value

Philosophy
We believe real change is possible — but only when it’s practiced, not just preached.
Most modern self-help assumes you’re ready to act — that you can pause, reflect, choose, and change. But those are skills, not default settings. And like any skill, they need to be trained.
We believe in training the mind like the body — through intentional reps, progressive load, and rest. We use micro practices to build your capacity before you’re in high-pressure moments — so when life hits, you’re not scrambling to cope, you’re equipped to lead.
We value discomfort — not trauma. Stretching — not snapping.
Growth should challenge you, not break you. We stay in the zone of discomfort that builds strength without overwhelming the nervous system.
We believe that success without alignment is burnout dressed as achievement.
That rest is a strategic advantage.
That imagination is training.
That your values are both your anchor and your compass.
That courage often looks like surrender.
And that you don’t need fixing — you need tools, support, and strategy.
